I haven’t tried yet, but we got a bit of testimonial from one of PPC Live UK members.

Yeah tbh its too early to call. Good for top of funnel activity, but if you go into it as another acquisition channel and have tight margins/ROAS targets, you aren’t going to see success. Needs patience.

I’m not surprised, it aligns with what Semrush published recently where people use ChatGPT for top funnel activities (initial research, discovery, get opinion), but when it comes to lower funnel activities, they will go to Google and visit brand pages.

Finally it support for custom audience for inclusion & exclusion in targeting.
